Returns and exchanges policy

 

–       Digital cards

·       No refunds are made for digital products.

·       It is not possible to exchange when the area or type is requested by mistake.

·       Exchange is only allowed if the code is incorrect.

·       In unexpected cases where the code you receive does not work, please send a screenshot of the error message you received and your order details to: support@concept-kw.com and we will study your complaint and provide you with a solution as soon as possible.

·       We endeavour to respond to all complaints within one or two business days. In some cases, where we need to get the error report from the supplier company, the waiting time may take from 4 to 5 working days or more.

 

 

 

–       Physical products and accessories

 

•     You can return most new, unopened products sold within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We will also pay for the return shipping costs if the reason for the return is due to an error on our part, otherwise the two-way shipping fee will be charged. The return request can be submitted via the site (contact us) by e-mail or phone. Products must be returned in the original product packaging.

•     You will get your money back after we receive and confirm the items returned. You should expect to get your money back within 4 weeks of your shipment being delivered to the shipping authority (noting that in most cases refunds will be made sooner).
